Chief of Staff / EA
Location: San Francisco, CA (In-person preferred, remote possible)
We're searching for an exceptionally organized, diligent, and proactive Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to provide key support to our executive team. This role is vital to Clearpol's success, facilitating both operational and strategic assistance directly to our CEO and other C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will have remarkable organizational skills, superior communication abilities, and a flair for problem-solving. ✍️ **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters. 2. Coordinate the logistics of team meetings and events, including preparing agendas and tracking action items. 3. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and staff or other stakeholders, ensuring strong lines of communication. 4. Assist in preparing materials and presentations for board meetings and investor relations. 5. Oversee executive communication, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients. 6. Manage special projects, strategic initiatives, and critical issues as they arise. 7. Assist in the decision-making process, providing key insights and data to support the executive team. 8. Develop and supervise operational procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity. 🎓**Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Administration, or a related field. 2. Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff role, preferably within the healthcare or tech startup environment. 3. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. 5. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the executive team to internal and external stakeholders. 6. Proficient in MS Office Suite, Notion, Google Docs, and familiar with various project management tools. Some familiarity with CRM software is a plus. 7. Proactive, self-starter, resilient, positive, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive team and act accordingly.
Software Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA (In-person preferred, remote may possible)
We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer with solid experience in Python and Django. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the entire stack, from front-end development to back-end services, and everything in between. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) integrations is highly desirable. You'll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where you'll contribute to the development and improvement of our cutting-edge AI compliance platform. ✍️ **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python/Django code. 2. Develop both front-end and back-end website architecture. 3. Design user interactions on web pages and create servers and databases for functionality. 4. Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices. 5. See out a project from conception to the final product, meeting deadlines and addressing necessary adjustments. 6. Maintain code integrity and organization. 7. Understanding and implementation of security and data protection. 8. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders, and participate in the various stages of the software development life cycle. 🎓**Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience (Preferred but optional) 2. Solid experience with Python and Django is essential. 3. Experience with EHR integration is a major plus. 4. Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proven understanding of database design and interaction. 7. Knowledge of user interface and design. 8. Experience with project management tools, version control systems, and agile methodologies. 9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
